New kids class and new team member – Welcome Sarolta!

We are happy to announce the launch of our brand-new Kids Pilates classes at Serratonin Pilates, taught by Sarolta Arany.

About Sarolta Arany:Sarolta Arany, originally from Budapest, has a deep-rooted passion for sports and an inspiring journey in the world of movement. Growing up in an active family, she explored various sports, including cross-country skiing, triathlon, basketball, and more. Sarolta's love for movement eventually led her to Pilates in 2021, transforming her perspective on fitness.She completed her Pilates mat instructor training in Budapest in 2023, and now she's here with us at Serratonin Pilates, ready to share her expertise and passion with our young ones.

About Kids Pilates:

Our Kids Pilates classes, led by Sarolta, are designed to introduce children (ages 6 to 12) to the joy of Pilates. Through fun and engaging exercises, kids will enhance their strength, flexibility, and body awareness in a nurturing and supportive environment. The first class is scheduled for November 19, 2023.

Starting from: Sunday 19.11.2023

Class Schedule: Sundays from 10:00 to 10:45

Price: CHF 22.- per class
